Your privacy is important to us. All the information you provide for the purposes of registration will be kept strictly confidential and will in general not be disclosed to any third parties without your prior consent. There are two ways to register for the conference:
Click here to login and register online. You are highly recommended to use the online registration form to enjoy the early-bird discounts. Additionally, you can reduce the waiting time at the conference registration desk when you check in to the conference.
Only cash will be accepted as payment for on-site registration. Please go to the conference registration desk to register when you get to the conference venue during the conference period. Also, please bring the exact amount of the registration fee with you.
All payments has to be made in Hong Kong dollars (HK$) either by credit card or via bank transfer/bank draft.
We accept only Visa/MasterCard for credit card payments. For your security, the online system uses secure encryption to protect your credit card and the associated personal information.
Information on how to make a bank transfer and the corresponding invoice for the billing will be sent out to the registrant via e-mail after the registrant have selected this payment method during the registration process using the online registration form.
Please note that all banking costs incurred during the registration process are the sole responsibility of the registrant. The legal full name (as stated on the registrant's passport) and address of the registrant as well as the details of the payment should be clearly stated when completing the bank transfer. Registrant should make sure that payments received from bank transfer have to be credited to the City University of Hong Kong bank account within 14 working days after he/she has received registration confirmation from us by e-mail. A soft copy or scanned pdf file of the bank transfer should be sent by e-mail to Miss Karen Guo at icsnn2016@cityu.edu.hk.
Payment may be made by bank draft issued by a bank outside Hong Kong in lieu of bank transfer. However, the bank draft should be denominated in Hong Kong dollars (HK$) drawn by a bank of Hong Kong on itself, and be made payable to the “City University of Hong Kong”. The draft should be sent together with the invoice by post to Miss Karen Guo. Registrants using this means of payment are encouraged to register their mail by post or send their bank draft by a courier to ensure the letter is traceable, and to guarantee secure shipment of the bank draft. The organizers of the Conference do not bear the financial responsibility for any loss of bank draft mailed to us.
Once registration is confirmed, registrants will receive a detailed receipt and an acknowledgment letter by e-mail. The confirmation will include check-in times and locations for picking up your badge and event materials on site. Please check your confirmation information on the acknowledgment letter to verify its accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation email within the reasonable time frame (or a week or so after the completion of registration) or have questions regarding the confirmation process, please contact us by email.
All the conference attendees, including the speakers, must check in at the registration desk at the start of the conference, where and when a conference badge will be provided. Once the badge is received, every attendee must wear his/her official badge for the entirety of the conference in order to gain access to the sessions, and for identification purposes.
